Each project is scoped in a separate Statement of Work. This site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment of the applicable fees, deliverables transfer to the client. LOMOS retains rights to underlying tools, libraries, and studio IP.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOMOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
